

FRANKIE GREGOIRE
STRENGTH & NUTRITION COORDINATOR
BASEBALL
Frankie attended Simsbury High School where he was a 3-year varsity starter. He went on to do a Post Graduate Year at Phillips Exeter Academy where he was named team Captain and led the team in hits, average, home runs and RBIs. Frankie continued his baseball career as a 4-year Division 1 starter at Marist College. At Marist, he was named Louisville Slugger Freshman All American in 2016, 1st Team All Region in 2016, 1st Team All Conference 3 times, Male Sportsperson of the Year in 2019 and currently holds the home run records for a single season (14) and all time (38) at Marist.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
After graduating from Marist, Frankie then pursued his passion for strength and nutrition. He is certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and interned at the prestigious Cressey Sports Performance. Frankie has a passion for helping baseball players live up to their true potential by optimizing their training and nutrition. Frankie is the Strength and Nutrition Coordinator at ATI, and is available for strength & conditioning programs and nutrition plans year round.
